Created by Seat in 2018, the CUPRA brand is its independent, high-performance, ‘sister brand’. With the CUPRA Formentor, Leon and Ateca models all now fairly established, this year we’ll welcome the new CUPRA Born to UK roads.
The brand is instantly recognised for its sporty elements both inside and out, and this continues with the Born. However it's not simply design over substance, and environmentally-friendly considerations are evident across its interior, with Bucket seats created from up-cycled marine plastics.
With a high-definition 12” infotainment screen easily accessible, you can find everything you need at the touch of a button, with the added benefit of having access to the ‘My CUPRA’ App for control on the go.
Integrating pure electric powertrain technology with a choice of either the 150PS (110kW) or 204PS (150kW) electric engines, it is estimated to offer around 263 miles of electric range. With a 58kWh battery, you will have three trim levels to choose from:

Charging your Born:
If you were using an AC charger (commonly installed at home), the 58kWh 204PS battery will charge in just over 6 hours (from 0-100%). To give a comparison, at a 120 kWh DC charger (often found close to motorways), you will be able to go from 5-80% within around 35 minutes.
