How long have you worked at P+B?
I joined the team in August 2021.
What attracted you to the business?
The main thing that attracted me to the business was the fact that P+B do things differently to everyone else, so it felt like a culture that I would be a great fit for. We aren’t traditional “car sales people”, and we make the genuine effort to make things faster, simpler and more fun for our customers.
How would you describe your role to someone joining the team?
My role is to take care of our clients and really listen to their requirements so we can provide personalised expertise to each client and make sure that they come away from each meeting filled with trust that we are doing the best thing for them.
How has your role developed within P+B?
Since coming in to team, I went through an intensive training schedule and now have the experience and knowledge to speak to clients confidently and be assured that I am providing them with the best service possible. As the team grows this will be even more crucial as we grow our client base, with client referrals playing a huge part in that. We need to constantly up-skill ourselves and be true experts in our respective fields.
What element of your role do you enjoy the most?
Interacting with clients. There aren’t many roles where you really provide personal service with the exponential growth in automation. It has its benefits, but I really enjoy speaking to customers and hearing the positive things they have to say about P+B.
What would your advice be to anyone applying for a role at P+B?
Be self-aware. Think of the next personal development you can make and reflect on the great things you have achieved, and how you can take that further. if you need support with something, be honest and ask for help. The team and culture at P+B will always be to help our team and make this a great place to work.
