Katy joined the P+B team in 2024 to support the client services team, after spending 6 years in the hospitality sector. Katy believes that every client should have a positive experience when interacting with P+B, and is keen to take care of every driver equally.
Her motivation for good communication comes from her love of languages. Katy studied Spanish and Portuguese at university, and has even lived in Brazil for a short period!

In her free time, Katy loves football and Formula 1. She's a big fan of Manchester City, and attends every game she can. If she's not in the stadium, she's shouting at the TV.
